Hand-made professional oboe reed, built to last. These reeds are responsive with just the right amount of air resistance for a warm and colorful tone. Plays up to pitch at A=440, crows C#.

  • Reed Care

    Soak reed for 2-4 minutes before playing. Do not oversoak. Always check the opening of the reed before playing. If the opening looks very wide, pinch the reed closed with your fingers. Best played close to the tip with strong air support and medium lip pressure. 

    After playing, blow any excess water or debris out of the reed from the bottom of the tube. This will ensure cleanliness, clear tone, and a long life.
